Prediction: I predict I will have to use ”Draw a diagram”.

Clarification: What rugby is opposite fourth if they are standing in a circle evenly spaced.

Solution

1. Draw a circle, and fill the numbers in evenly spaced and put 11 players.
2. Put a circle around four, and look at the opposite of it and it should be nine.
3.  If its not that you haven’t drew the numbers evenly.

Question: Rugby players numbered 1 to 12 are standing in a circle in numerical order. They are evenly spaced. What number does the player opposite number 3 wear?

Prediction: I think I will have to use draw a diagram in this sum.

Clarification: You have to find the opposite player to number three while the ruby team is in a circle.

Solution

1. Draw the numbers 1 to 12 in a circle evenly spaced.
2. Put a mark on number three so you know where it is in the circle.
3. If you look at three and across from three should be a nine, just like a clock.
